Pastor/Founder- Rev. Marcus A. McCallum Ferguson

Pastor Marcus Ferguson preached his trial sermon on December 14, 2005, at Bethlehem Baptist Church in Alexandria, Virginia, under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Darrell K. White. A proud product of the Fairfax County Public School System, Pastor Marcus went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from American Public University and later obtained his Master’s Degree in Special Education from George Mason University.
Alongside his ministry work, Pastor Marcus serves as a special education teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools, where his passion for helping others reach their full potential shines both in and out of the classroom. In 2022, he connected with The Rock Christian Center under the mentorship of Bishop Denise Wilson, where he deepened his spiritual growth and leadership. In August 2024, he was ordained into the ministry, marking a new chapter in his calling to serve.
Pastor Marcus is a devoted family man, cherishing every opportunity to spend time with his loved ones. He is joyfully married to his “queen,” Donna Ferguson, and together they are blessed with three wonderful children: Waddell, Donye, and Madison.
His life is anchored by his guiding scripture, Romans 8:28:
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”
